When will my order ship?

All orders placed before Noon eastern Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after Noon eastern will ship on the following business day.

Do your have discounts or sales?

Yes. We typically have a few major holiday sales per year. To get notifications about upcoming sales and to get exclusive discount codes, please use “DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS” form on the bottom of this page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Google Pay. We cannot accept cash, checks or American Express gift cards. 

Do you refund international shipping?

We are not responsible for return shipping on international orders and are unable to provide a label or reimburse for international return shipping charges.
