All orders placed before Noon eastern Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day.
Orders that select free shipping methods will be shipped with the most economical method. This is typically USPS First Class Mail. At checkout, you can also upgrade shipping to USPS Priority or USPS Express.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an order complete email that includes USPS tracking number.
USPS First Class Package takes 1-4 USPS mailing days based on your proximity to North Carolina.
Military addresses with APO or FPO must be shipped via USPS and depending on size may require priority shipping that excludes it from free shipping all together.
We can only ship to the address that you provide. If your shipment is returned to us due to either an invalid address or unclaimed, we will refund the order minus our shipping cost.
